The San Jose Police Emerald Society is comprised of San Jose Police officers both active duty and retired along with citizen volunteers. The Emerald Society’s Pipe Band performs at over 50 community events a year including memorial services, parades, civic ceremonies, and police officer’s funerals of both active and retired officers.
