A One-Day Event with Lasting Opportunities

We are looking for organizations with a "Community Building Focus" and a charitable mission. We network with many civic, cultural, churches, schools, and other nonprofit groups who share in the value of giving back.

Due to COVID ban on gatherings is still in effect for the SC Parade of Champions. Its not clear whether our annual parade will be actual or virtual for 2021. The decision is in the hands of Santa Clara County.  Please subscribe for updates. 

The Santa Clara Parade of Champions has been a leading community building nonprofit organization that raises awareness and funds for charity to serve those that need it most. Community building also includes partnering, networking, creating opportunities and supporting other nonprofits that share our values of Charity, Education, Service and Volunteerism—its together that we all can do the greatest good.

 

The return of the SCPOC in 2021 will bring new opportunities to engage with our community. The Homestead Community Village is a one-day event run from 9am to 3pm. Its become a gathering spot where Santa Clarans can have a conversation with our supportive network of non-profits, educational resources, and diverse cultural groups to explore solutions, and learn about programs, services and opportunities.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE in 2021

 

Organizations with a “community focus” or charitable mission from civic, cultural, churches, schools, and community groups—the list is long. In short basically organizations, and Non-Profits who provide services and programs that give back to the community. Candidates are subject to an application process. To sign up please fill out the form below. Once approved you will be assigned a booth number and provided a map with parking location on Parade Day. 

PARTICIPANTS:

You are responsible for bringing your own Canopy (10x10) and Tables. We welcome fun and creative ways to engage as this is also a festive community event—make it memorable. If you want to vend food related to your fundraising or cultural organization, you are responsible for getting your own permit and complying with county permit requirements. We will not provide generators/power source--you must arrange that on your own.

Event Costs are as follows:

  • Non-Profits: Fee is waived—first come first served.

  • Parade Sponsors Package: Fees are included as part of their Package

  • Non sponsoring Commercial Organizations: Donation/Fee is $90 to participate and

    subject to review. Cost covers reservation of your spot only. This is considered a donation and we can provide appropriate W9 paperwork.  Please use the Donate button below for processing.
