The Sports FAN Zone is where Santa Clara comes to play and meet their favorite teams! Saturday Oct 3rd| 10am to 5pm.
During this historic year with the FIFA World Cup coming to the Bay Area, the Sports Fan Zone has been a hub to showcase the incredible sports culture that makes Santa Clara unique.
The Sports Fan Zone is the celebration of Santa Clara’s championship spirit—bringing together athletes, professional teams, youth sports organizations, community, families, and fans for an unforgettable day of interactive experiences.
Our Bay Area Sports Teams SJ Earthquakes, 49ers, Bay FC to the Sharks brought their inflatables, skills challenges to player appearances, mascots, giveaways, swag, and fan experiences—this is where the community gets to meet their champions and play the game. Each year, we proudly feature a Professionally Judged PRIZE MONEY Contest that awards MONEY for Community made Floats, Dance, Drill Teams, Marching Units, and Community Bands - a spirited showcase where our nonprofit gives back to the talented performers, many youth groups, who bring energy, culture, talent and creativity to our parade streets. Add to our signature parade, the community village booths, the NEW Sports FAN Zone, gourmet food trucks, live performances, and family fun — and you’ve got a festival that will spark joy and leave a powerful legacy of building community.
