Our most important Fundraiser of the year returns—and every year, it brings together the people who make Santa Clara Special: Civic and Community Leaders, local businesses, sponsors, nonprofits and neighbors—all under one roof for a memorable evening. Come raise a glass, share a meal, and be part of our legacy event.

Sponsor a VIP Table of 10 for $850! Other options are a Half Table at $425 or buy individual Tickets at $90!

  • Date/Time: August 15th, 2026, 6pm until 9pm

  • Venue: Historic S.E.S 1375 Lafayette Street Santa Clara CA 95050

  • Menu: Classic Cioppino, all the Sides and Desserts included—Wine is served with dinner. No host Bar.

  • Live Auction with Dave Goulart and Forrest O’Brien of SMA. Door Prizes too. Our DJ will be bringing the energy all night.

‍Why this matters? We are a 501c3. Funds raised ensures our Legacy Parade continues to be free for the Public to attend, and supports Charitable Initiatives of Youth Scholarship, Veterans and Families facing Medical Crisis.

    Located on 1375 Lafayette Street in Santa Clara.

    Doors open at 5:30pm, Dinner at 6:15pm, Live Auction at 6:45pm with Dave Goulart and Forrest O’Brien. Dessert and Coffee, Music by DJ and No Host Bar until 9pm

    Limited Parking available on site or overflow across the street at Marsalli Park

    Get your products and Services in front of the community at our Live Auction. We welcome Gift baskets, Gift Certificates for products or experiences, sports or concert tickets, Sports Swag, Time shares, Theater Tickets, Group Wine Tastings, and more. We are a 501c3.

Waiver for Volunteers, Vendors and Subcontractors

By purchasing your booth space, I/we acknowledge, and accept the risk of Bodily injury and/or property damage that I/we may incur or cause a third party to incur as a result of my/our participation associated with participating in the Santa Clara Parade of Champions. With this understanding, I/we further agree to indemnify, defend, and save harmless the Santa Clara Parade of Champions committee, the city of Santa Clara, Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC, and its elected/appointed officials, board members, officers, employees and agents from and against and all claims, losses, injuries, suits and judgments arising from, or in connection with my/our participation in the parade.

I further waive any claims on behalf of myself, my successors, assigns, heirs, executors, and administrators, as well as any other persons or entities who/which may have a claim based on any personal injuries or property damage incurred during my participation in the event.

I understand that I am assuming the risks in connection with my participation in this event and I personally assume this risk on behalf of our organization and affiliates. I/we further understand and agree that this saves harmless, and indemnification shall apply to and all facilities that the City of Santa Clara may own and/or control. Furthermore, I/we have read and agree to abide by all of the Santa Clara Parade of Champions guidelines and rules indicated as part of my submission of participation form online.
