Festival Day Traffic & Attractions

The Santa Clara Parade of Champions Festival welcomes approximately 15,000 attendees each year for a full day of community celebration, entertainment, sports, and food. With more than 2,000 parade participants and over 70 vendors, exhibitors, and food vendors, Parade Day brings a high-energy audience to Historic Downtown Santa Clara.

Welcome Street Food Vendors and Food Trucks you are a key part of the festival experience, providing food options for families, parade spectators, sports fans, and visitors who stay throughout the day to enjoy the many attractions.

Vendors: Contact Santa Clara County (SCC) Environment Health regarding Permit and TFF fees if you are unsure if you are a RC1, RC2, RC3 or other type of Food Vendor. You can call a SCC Temporary Event Specialist at 408-918-3400 or Email at tempevents@deh.sccgov.org for quick answers

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE: 1) A Santa Clara Business License, 2) CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE with the Parade listed as additionally insured, and 3) No power is provided, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE GENERATOR so that we can include it as part of our Fire Department Permit.

  • 10' x 10' Food Booth Space Street Food/Sports FAN Zone - $250 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC1.

  • 20' x 10' Food Booth Street Food/Space Sports FAN Zone - $375 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC2. ‍

  • 20’x10’ Food Booth/Space Sports FAN Zone -$495 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC3

  • 10’ x 10’ Food Booth Compact mobile food operator Permit- $100. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee

  • Food Truck - $100 Saturday 8am to 2pm in the Community Village Only. Requires annual Santa Clara County Health Permit . Must provide DEHMFF License number and license plate number.

This Festival is the perfect event for the whole family. The Program will feature our great Parade, the Community Village with Vendors and Food Trucks, our Sports FAN Zone with NEW Street Food Market, Bouncy House, Interactive Game Booths, and two stages of entertainment. Join us in celebrating what makes Santa Clara great!

    • Street Food Market: Downtown Santa Clara on Benton Street between Monroe and Jackson Streets

    • Community Village Booths: All Food Trucks are located on Franklin Street between Monroe and Jefferson Streets

  • DATE & TIME

    • Open to the Public on Saturday, October 3 from 8am to 5pm

    • Set for vendors is 8am to 10am. Tear down starts at 4:30pm

  • ADMISSION & PARKING

    • This is an outdoor event with FREE ADMISSION to the Public.

    • Free parking will be available in nearby areas.
