Festival Day Traffic & Attractions

The Santa Clara Parade of Champions Festival welcomes approximately 15,000 attendees each year for a full day of community celebration, entertainment, sports, and food. With more than 2,000 parade participants and over 70 vendors, exhibitors, and food vendors, Parade Day brings a high-energy audience to Historic Downtown Santa Clara.

Welcome Street Food Vendors and Food Trucks you are a key part of the festival experience, providing food options for families, parade spectators, sports fans, and visitors who stay throughout the day to enjoy the many attractions.

ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE: 1) A Santa Clara Business License, 2) CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE with the Parade listed as additionally insured, and 3) No power is provided, YOU MUST PROVIDE THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THE GENERATOR so that we can include it as part of our Fire Department Permit.

• 10' x 10' Food Booth Space Street Food/Sports FAN Zone - $250 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC1.

• 20' x 10' Food Booth Street Food/Space Sports FAN Zone - $375 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC2. ‍

• 20’x10’ Food Booth/Space Sports FAN Zone -$495 Saturday 8am to 5pm. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee RC3

• 10’ x 10’ Food Booth Compact mobile food operator Permit- $100. Includes Santa Clara County Health TFF Fee

• Food Truck - $100 Saturday 8am to 2pm in the Community Village Only. Requires annual Santa Clara County Health Permit . Must provide DEHMFF License number and license plate number.

• Thank you for your support and love of community. No refunds after 9/14/26 deadline. Since 1945, the Funds raised go to Youth Scholarships, Veterans and Families in Medical crisis. FOOD VENDOR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  Please read before submitting payment.

  Once your Food Vendor registration is accepted and payment is received, your space is reserved and all vendor fees are nonrefundable.

  If you are unable to participate, please notify SCPOC as soon as possible. Vendor spaces may not be transferred or given to another vendor without prior approval from SCPOC.

  No-shows will forfeit all fees paid and may not be eligible to participate in future SCPOC events.

  By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy and all applicable Festival vendor requirements.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of registration/payment may receive a full refund.

  Permits & Required Documents
  Participation is subject to all applicable City of Santa Clara, Santa Clara County Environmental Health, Fire, insurance and Temporary Food Facility (TFF) requirements.

  Food vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all required permits, applications, insurance certificates and other documentation by the deadlines provided.

  Failure to obtain or submit required permits or documentation does not qualify for a refund.

  EVENT CHANGES Beyond our control

  The Santa Clara Parade of Champions Festival is an outdoor community event and may be affected by weather, public safety requirements, government action, permit restrictions or other circumstances beyond SCPOC's control.

  VENDOR SALES

  SCPOC historically has an attendance between 10k to 15K+ since 1945. We do not guarantee attendance, sales, revenue or profitability. Vendor fees will not be refunded due to lower-than-expected sales, weather, attendance, or a vendor's decision not to participate.

  By submitting your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Food Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy and all applicable Festival vendor requirements.
